Star Crossed
Joyce Jillson, author of a nationally
syndicated astrology column who read the stars to guide the Star Wars program
for former movie star turned president Ronald Reagan and to guide the opening
date for Star Wars in 1977, has been eclipsed at the age of 58. She also
provided astrological forecasts for Ford Motor Co. and the Los Angeles Dodgers
and claimed to have directed Reagan to the selection of George H. W. Bush as
vice president, probably getting more out of a Boston University opera
scholarship than anyone has a right to.
